• Customize your spreadsheet to track all your expenditures or tax information, or to play "what if?" with your budget
• Design a PDF document with table of contents that consists of hypertext links

If you have a task and are just not sure how to approach it, please contact us. We can meet with you to evaluate your particular situation. From this initial meeting we will then develop a customized solution just for you. As always, the first visit to assess your needs is free of charge.

Pricing

The custom application design charge will include:

• a detailed consultation to assess your needs
• the development of a solution
• a follow-up visit to review the solution with you
• one round of changes to the solution to better suit your needs
• and, once you have accepted the product, your fee will also include any necessary training required for you to use the solution
• if requested we can also produce a printed manual explaining how to use your solution for an additional charge

Depending upon the custom application required, you may be required to pay a retainer of up to 25% of the anticipated final custom application design fee before we will begin the job.

Since the complexity of the project varies with the program, the fee that you will be charged will be determined after the initial assessment. For example, designing a form or a template in Microsoft Word is much simpler and will cost less than developing a presentation with many digital pictures that includes animations.
