SEO Options

Search Engine Optimization ("SEO") is the process of making your website as friendly as possible to search engine robots.

As part of the web design process you will be asked to select one of the following SEO Options:

Basic Optimization

• No Additional Charge, included in the basic design package
• We will add a title of your choosing to the main page of your site
  • Page titles are used by search engines to index websites
  • Each page of a website should have a unique title

Standard Optimization

• $100; includes Basic Optimization plus the following
  • We will include in the metatag code as many keywords of your choosing up to the limit of 874 characters
    • keywords are used by search engines to index websites
  • We will include a brief site description in the metatag code, which you will provide, up to the limit of 150 characters
    • Site descriptions are used by search engines to index websites
  • We will add a file to the root directory of your site directing search engine robots to read your pages
  • We will add lines of code to your pages telling search engine robots to read your pages

Silver Optimization

• $250; includes Standard Optimization plus the following
  • We will do a basic "scrub" of your site to analyze it for use of your keywords
  • This process will check the frequency of the usage of the keywords in the page titles, site description, and page text for each page of the site
  • Based upon the results of this "srub" we will make any necessary adjustments to the content to increase or improve the usage of the keywords

Gold Optimization

• $500; includes Silver Optimization plus the following
  • We will do a full "scrub" of your site which adds alt tag analysis (use of keywords tied to images) and keyword density analysis
  • In addition, we will submit your site to over 40 different search engines
    • As part of this process, you may receive email notifications from some of the engines asking you for verification
    • You must respond to these requests to complete the submission process
